SATURDAY MORNINGS 9 AM - 12 PM BASIC WHEEL THROWING WITH HANNAH ORTH
In this course, you’ll learn how to throw on the wheel which includes: centering clay, pulling up walls, making basic cylinders, trimming, attaching handles, carving designs, and glazing.
This class is on Saturday mornings starting November 9th and ending on December 14th. The instructor of the class is Hannah Orth, owner of Mudworks Studio. Hannah has work all over the Bay Area, LA, and NYC. Sumner has a background in woodworking.
The course includes a 25 lb bag of clay, firing, and access to glaze materials. An additional 3 hours of open studio time per week is also included.
