BEGINNER WHEEL THROWING WITH HANNAH ORTH / SATURDAY MORNINGS 9 AM - 12 PM
In this course, you’ll learn how to throw on the wheel which includes: centering clay, pulling up walls, making basic cylinders, trimming, attaching handles, carving designs, and glazing.
This class is on Saturday mornings starting May 3rd and ending on June 7th. The instructor of the class is Hannah Orth, owner of Mudworks Studio. Hannah has work all over the Bay Area, LA, and NYC. Sumner has a background in woodworking.
The course includes a 25 lb bag of clay, firing, and access to glaze materials. An additional 3 hours of open studio time per week is also included.
*This is an adult class - ages 18 and up.
